No returns will be accepted without a return authorization. Please email email@example.com or call our office to receive a return authorization number.
Shipments made in error by Battery Concepts, Inc. will be recalled at Battery Concepts, Inc. expense by use of a call tag, or by refunding the actual cost of the shipment back to our warehouse.
Battery Concepts, Inc. will only accept product purchased from Battery Concepts, Inc.
Non-defective returns will only be accepted for items featured for sale in current Battery Concepts, Inc. website and must include all boxes and manuals. Any missing items will be subject to a restocking fee.
No returns will be accepted back by Battery Concepts, Inc. after 180 days from the Battery Concepts, Inc. invoice, for any reason.
Defective returns are eligible for return only within 30 days of sale to the retail consumer. After 30 days, the consumer must return the product to the manufacturer's authorized warranty station for warranty repair. Under any circumstance, defective returns will not be accepted after 180 days from Battery Concepts, Inc. invoice date.
Defective returns are for replacement, merchandise credit or credit back to the original credit card.
